Gino Gervasoni relate that one day, just after the second world war, he was taking out for a walk in the center of Milan, when he noticed a cinema hall ,Cinema Ariston.
Dedicated to the most exacting customers, the Riva Ariston uses the formula of the Riva Corsaro but bigger: the boat is 6.52 m long and sits 6 passengers on two large benches.
In the beginning, the Riva Ariston was powered by a 185 horse 8V Chris Craft engine. Later it was powered by a 220 horse, then by a 290 horse power engine that allowed it to reach the speed of 70km/h.
